More info: César Chávez’s beginnings as a farm worker contributed to his extraordinary role as the leading civil rights activist for Mexican and Latino farm workers. This 40-minute screening, followed by audience discussion, offers an opportunity to connect the civil rights struggle with the forceful works in Estampas de la raza.

This program is sponsored, in part, by the National Farm Worker Ministry.
