NFWM Seeks Exec Dir

Are you a justice-minded, faith-rooted leader with experience guiding mission-based organizations toward meaningful impact?

The National Farm Worker Ministry (NFWM) is seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our next chapter of work in solidarity with farm workers organizing for justice and dignity.

We’re seeking a proven nonprofit leader who brings strategic vision, relational leadership, and deep commitment to social, racial, and economic justice. The Executive Director will represent NFWM nationally, cultivate partnerships with farm worker organizations, faith communities, and allies, and oversee staff, fundraising, and operations.

Salary will be approximately $70K per year, with a generous benefits package.
