Join FLOC at Reynolds Shareholders Meeting on May 7th

The Farm Labor Organizing Committee  is continuing the pressure on Reynolds to sign an agreement guaranteeing labor rights to tobacco farm workers. FLOC will have a major presence this year at Reynolds annual Shareholders meeting on Thursday, May 7.

FLOC is asking for supporters to attend the shareholders meeting – either with your own share of RAI stock or as a proxy for someone else. If you are interested, email daustin@mindspring.com by April 22 in order to process the paperwork. Supporters attending the meeting will meet at 8am in front of RAI headquarters.

Let’s try for our largest turnout ever for a rally in front of Reynolds Headquarters at 401 N. Main Street in downtown Winston-Salem at 9:30am! We’ll post more information as it becomes available.

But for now, take the day off work, organize a carload of friends and plan to be in downtown Winston-Salem on May 7!
