NFWM is governed by representatives of member organizations who attend board meetings, act as conduits between NFWM and their groups, and provide financial support for NFWM operations. NFWM connects member organizations, supporting organizations, and other individuals in order to support the efforts of farm worker organizing groups in the U.S.
As farm workers seek self-determination, NFWM supporters amplify the voices of farm workers. Through actions of public witness, civic response to legislation, prayer vigils, or contacting companies by writing letters, making calls or signing petitions, NFWM stands with and for farm workers as they seek justice.
